All the abstract submissions must done through our online abstract submissions system. Abstracts submitted will not
considered.

Q: How the abstracts are evaluated?
A: All abstracts will evaluated considering its technical-scientific characteristics, innovating
aspects and the quality of the text through the blind peer reviews by the scholars specialized in this field.
Q. How do I register?
All the registration will be done through our online system and in order to avail special
discounted pre-registration rate, please register before the early bird deadline as mentioned on the registration page. Attendees will receive their registration confirmation via email that you provide as you become the member of our website.
Q. How to avail student discounted rates?
Students are required to send valid proof(s) at info@2dmrs.org to obtain discount code from the organizers.
Q. Would a postdoctoral student be able to register as a student?
Unfortunately, postdoctoral researchers are not eligible to register at the student rate. Student registration rates are available for up to the currently enrolled master/doctoral students.
Q: Can I pay on the spot?
Yes, you can but your abstract will not be included in the printing version of the conference.
Q, What are the benefits for registering at AAAFM-UCLA conference?
You will be able to attend all conference sessions, full conference materials, coffee breaks and tickets for three lunches.
Q. Is it possible to cancel registration?
Yes, it is possible. Please see the cancelation policy on the registration page.
Q. Can I purchase the tickets for the proceeding, even if I did not register for the Symposium?
Yes. It is possible and you have to register as audience.
Q. Is it mandatory to submit the full paper?
No.

As it is stated in our Terms and Conditions, on our website, we do not provide Invitation letters or any sort of Visa aid. All of the participants are obliged to obtain their visa themselves, before completing the registration payment process.
Q: When will the book of Abstracts be published?
The book of Abstracts will published online on the website, up to 15 days after the conference ends.
Q. How I can get Invitation Letter for my VISA?
International attendees of AAAFM-UCLA conference often need a letter of invitation from AAAFM in order to obtain a visa to visit the US. Please request your personalized letter of invitation through email (visa@aaafm.org) and apply for your visa as soon as possible.
